Responsibilities
- Design, build, and validate statistical, predictive, and machine learning models.
- Collaborate with BI analysts and Finance to identify high-impact modeling opportunities.
- Work with engineering teams to productionize models and integrate into workflows.
- Lead exploratory data analysis and hypothesis testing.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into defined modeling challenges with measurable outcomes.
- Serve as the data science expert within BI, educating and influencing cross-functional partners.
- Mentor junior team members and help define the long-term data science vision.
- Promote rigorous methodology, model interpretability, and transparent communication.
- Stay current with emerging machine learning, forecasting, and AI techniques.
Education
- Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
