Responsibilities
- Partner with teams throughout Discord to handle the full lifecycle of data science analytics including ideation, exploratory analysis, dashboard creation, and A/B testing.
- Define KPIs and metrics that improve user experience and design clean, actionable dashboards.
- Build custom data sets quickly to monitor new product features and processes.
- Socialize insights and dashboards effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Champion A/B testing and guide teams on design, analysis, and interpretation within large data environments.
- Collaborate with data and engineering teams to design scalable instrumentation.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
