Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for client onboarding, implementation, training, and satisfaction.
- Provide tailored onboarding and adoption plans aligned with client goals using food service knowledge.
- Highlight benefits of the Back Office platform and identify opportunities for enhanced client experience.
- Assist restaurant owners with systems implementation to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Develop and update training documentation to improve training efficiency.
- Act as liaison between clients and product development advocating for feature requests and enhancements.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
