The Customer Connection Coordinator plays a key role in creating a positive first impression for potential customers engaging with Summit through our website. This role is responsible for responding to inbound inquiries from individuals who have requested to “Talk to a Pro” or asked to be contacted. These inquiries may come via phone, email, or web chat and often involve individuals unfamiliar with Summit or unsure of who to contact.
The Coordinator will provide timely, accurate, and helpful responses to questions about products, pricing, availability, and Summit’s solutions. They will also identify potential opportunities, route inquiries to the appropriate internal teams, and follow up to ensure customer needs are met. This role requires strong communication skills, curiosity, and the ability to quickly assess the nature and potential of each inquiry.
