What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver exceptional service by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and share feedback with leadership.

This role operates is 100% on site in a professional office setting with a collaborative team culture. Remote or hybrid work arrangements may be available depending on location and business needs.
