Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to research on energy systems including renewable energy, energy storage, and novel technologies
- Develop data-driven solutions addressing energy sector challenges faced by customers
- Apply machine learning algorithms, optimization techniques, and statistical methods to energy data
- Use advanced data analysis, simulations, and modeling tools to forecast renewable energy and storage performance
- Collaborate across teams and with customers to apply research outcomes effectively
- Stay current with trends in electricity markets and quantitative research methods
Education
- Master’s degree or higher in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Operations Research or related field
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years energy experience may be considered
