Responsibilities
- Provide personalized customer service through multiple channels including in person, chat, text, email, video, and phone
- Drive sales through proactive outreach
- Advise customers on rug selection, sizing, and floor plan layout
- Maintain an organized and on-brand showroom environment
- Create memorable customer experiences that exceed expectations
- Utilize technology to assist customers with project visualization
- Build strong relationships with customers and the Trade community
Education
- BA or experience in creative fields such as interior design, art history, or architecture preferred but not mandatory
