This is a high-impact, strategic role for a creative leader ready to drive brand vision, shape content strategies, and oversee a dynamic team across design, copy, and digital media. You’ll guide the execution of innovative brand experiences and ensure alignment across all marketing touchpoints—from web to video to social. Working cross-functionally with marketing and executive teams, you will play a key role in scaling brand awareness, supporting growth initiatives, and fostering a culture of creativity, performance, and innovation.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the strategy and execution of creative and content initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality outputs across digital and offline channels
  • Oversee brand consistency across all assets including advertising, social media, website, video, and internal communications
  • Partner with marketing leadership to align creative direction with broader brand and business objectives
  • Manage a multidisciplinary team of designers and content creators, as well as agency and freelance partners
  • Define editorial calendars and content workflows in partnership with brand marketing leadership
  • Leverage generative AI tools to enhance content production efficiency and guide the team in ethical, effective use
  • Analyze creative performance across channels (e.g., engagement, traffic, ad ROI) and refine strategies accordingly
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in brand marketing, design, and content innovation
  • Oversee content governance across key platforms including the company blog, resource library, and demand generation channels
  • Balance multiple creative projects, ensuring quality control, brand alignment, and timely delivery within budget
  • 15+ years of experience in brand or creative leadership, ideally within fast-growing or mission-driven organizations
  • Proven success scaling brand presence and managing creative operations in a dynamic, high-growth environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across creative formats: digital, video, social, and thought leadership
  • Experience leading and mentoring creative teams and managing external partners
  • Excellent collaboration, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with content production and visual storytelling tools
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney) and a passion for innovation in creative workflows
  • Ability to communicate complex creative strategies clearly to internal and external audiences
  • Experience with agency collaboration and content tailored to diverse, mission-oriented audiences is a plus
  • Salary range: $140,000 – $210,000, with eligibility for discretionary bonus based on experience and location
  • Fully remote position (with optional access to Indianapolis HQ)
