Implementation Manager (Remote - US)

This role offers the opportunity to drive high-impact initiatives across multiple teams, translating strategic priorities into clear, actionable plans. You will ensure complex projects are executed efficiently, on time, and with measurable results. The position emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, providing structure in ambiguous spaces, and coaching others to adopt effective processes. You will play a central role in shaping operational excellence, maintaining momentum, and driving scalable improvements that enhance organizational performance. The environment is dynamic, fast-paced, and mission-driven, with a focus on meaningful outcomes for both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead planning and execution of critical cross-functional projects that support organizational growth and scalability.
  • Develop clear project scopes, timelines, milestones, and accountability frameworks.
  • Create structure in ambiguous spaces, identifying blockers and ensuring teams remain aligned and focused.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination across multiple teams for transparency and progress tracking.
  • Track, report, and escalate risks or delays, proactively driving resolution to maintain momentum.
  • Build scalable, repeatable processes and lightweight project management systems, including intake, status reporting, and retrospectives.
  • Partner with business operations, functional leads, and executive sponsors to translate strategic goals into executional plans.
  • Coach and enable teams to adopt new processes, tools, and behaviors for sustainable impact.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, implementation, or similar execution-focused roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Results-driven mindset, skilled at translating strategy into execution and measuring impact through KPIs.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and designing project management systems to bring clarity.
  • Experience collaborating with senior leaders and operational teams to build capabilities and sustain change.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated by impact rather than process alone.
  • Familiarity with modern project management tools (e.g., Jira, Coda) is a plus.
  • Competitive base salary: $107,681 - $159,000 (dependent on experience, qualifications, and location).
