Accountabilities:

  • Identify and engage restaurant groups with 1 to 8 locations to introduce tailored SaaS solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the hospitality sector.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and stay informed on trends, competitors, and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with the platform’s capabilities and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by offering consultative guidance to prospects throughout the sales cycle.
  • Proven success in a sales role, preferably within SaaS or technology-driven industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building lasting business relationships.
  • Strong understanding of consultative sales techniques and strategic account management.
  • Prior knowledge of the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus, though not mandatory.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Adaptability and comfort working in a dynamic, fast-changing setting.
  • On-target earnings (OTE): $156,000 – $181,000, based on experience and location.
