What are we looking for?
The Executive Assistant is responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, organizing leadership meetings, and supporting internal communications across a fast-paced, global company. This role requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and professionalism.
What you’ll do:
Manage complex calendars, coordinate internal/external meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries.
Prepare and process timely expense reports.
Organize and support leadership meetings, company-wide virtual meetings, and leadership off-sites, including follow-up on action items.
Provide support for all-company meetings, presentations, and management of shared team information on intranet/portals.
Create and/or support the development of presentations for senior management.
Handle confidential and sensitive materials with a high level of discretion.
Prioritize workload and act with urgency in a dynamic environment.
Participate in developing internal communication processes and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned, including support for cross-functional initiatives.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
3+ years’ experience in a similar Executive Assistant role
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Flexibility to adjust and prioritize schedules due to last-minute changes
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to function well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Positive, people-oriented disposition with a professional presence
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
