About the Role
We are looking for a Lead- Field Marketing to lead our conference, event, and regional marketing efforts with a laser focus on ROI. This leader will design and execute event strategies that generate pipeline, strengthen relationships with prospects/customers, and enable sales success. They will also oversee and coach a team of Market Development Representatives (MDRs), ensuring flawless campaign follow-up, lead conversion, and pipeline acceleration.
This role is both strategic and hands-on—ideal for a marketing leader who thrives at the intersection of event execution, demand generation, and sales alignment.
