As a Sales Development Representative, you play a key role in driving growth by identifying and generating new business opportunities through a mix of inbound and outbound outreach. You thrive under pressure, think creatively, and bring a natural ease to conversations—turning cold calls into meaningful connections. You're highly self-motivated, quick to understand a prospect's unique needs, and skilled at tailoring your approach to make every interaction relevant and impactful.
This is a hybrid role based out of our office in Chicago 3 days a week.
Compensation
The anticipated starting base pay range for this role is listed below. Base salary is not the only component of our competitive total rewards package - you may also be eligible for bonus, commissions and other benefits as described below. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications.
$41,000 - $52,000 base pay + $40,000 commission target
