What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage session logistics: invitations, waitlists, attendance tracking, materials upload, calendar invites
• Coordinate facilitators, vendors, and breakout rooms to ensure flawless delivery
• Handle participant inquiries, LMS troubleshooting, Teams support, and SharePoint documentation
• Maintain a 24-hour SLA response, generate completion reports, and manage certificates
