Responsibilities
- Respond to applicant inquiries, assist with intake forms, and handle phone communications
- Survey and inspect dwelling units for weatherization and health/safety deficiencies
- Prepare clear work specifications and calculate rehabilitation cost estimates
- Review bids and verify contractor compliance with allocated funds and specifications
- Monitor construction progress, perform field oversight, and conduct final inspections
- Prepare and maintain inspection and project documentation, communicate repair plans and warranties to applicants
Education
- Associate’s degree in business administration, accounting, social services, construction technology or related field
- Or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience (see minimum qualifications)
