Skills: 2+ years in full-cycle recruiting, particularly for healthcare professionals; hands-on experience with ATS like Greenhouse; strong communication, organizational, and sourcing skills.
Qualifications: Experience in high-volume recruiting, particularly for clinicians; comfortable with cold calling and adapting to changing priorities.

Experience staffing clinicians (Speech Language Pathologists, School Psychologists, LCSW, and Occupational Therapists) virtually and onsite in schools is a huge plus!!
