Hims & Hers is seeking an exceptionally organized, professional, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the office of the CEO. This role will be based in San Francisco and report directly to the Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO.
The ideal candidate is a composed and resourceful problem-solver, adept at managing shifting priorities with grace while upholding impeccable judgment and confidentiality. They will be readily available to provide immediate support – handling diverse tasks, urgent requests, and real-time coordination – and collaborate closely with the lead Executive Assistant to ensure seamless integration of professional responsibilities and personal commitments.
Confidentiality & Discretion
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost care and integrity.
Maintain respectful and professional communication with executives, family members, internal teams, external guests, and vendors.
Executive & Calendar Management
Step in as the primary backup for the lead EA during scheduled absences.
Provide onsite support, including real-time coordination, task execution, and responsiveness to shifting priorities.
Manage and maintain calendars in close coordination with the lead EA to align appointments, activities, and work obligations.
Travel & Logistics Coordination
Partner with the lead EA in planning travel, including transportation, accommodations, activities, and meals.
Vendor Oversight & Property Support
Coordinate property maintenance with discretion and reliability.
Oversee the selection, evaluation, and management of vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with insurance requirements, adherence to service standards, and clear communication regarding scheduling and quality expectations.
Tasks & Transportation
Coordinate and execute various logistical and support tasks, including transportation, with flexibility and professionalism.
Hold a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean DMV record, subject to verification through a background check.
Security Collaboration
Close partnership with security team to ensure scheduling and logistics are conducted safely and discreetly.
Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting a senior-level executive.
Exceptional organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules, logistics, and competing priorities.
Outstanding time management and prioritization skills; thrives in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure and accuracy.
Strategic thinker with a track record of streamlining processes, developing systems, and implementing protocols for operational efficiency and consistency.
Impeccable attention to detail and commitment to timely execution across responsibilities.
Strong aesthetic sensibility and hospitality mindset; ensures meeting spaces, onsite meals, and candidate hosting setups are polished and thoughtfully arranged.
Proven ability to manage vendors and handle multiple operational workflows with precision and discretion.
