HR operations management: Handle day-to-day HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, internal reporting, and tasks related to hiring and terminations.

Employee experience: Partner with leadership and team members to create smooth onboarding, offboarding, and benefits experiences for employees worldwide.
HR tech expertise: Deep expertise in Rippling to manage HR workflows efficiently.
Proven experience in HR operations at a fast-growing startup or tech company.
Expertise in payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
Strong experience with Rippling (essential).
Experience managing international hiring and visa processes (L-1 visas preferred).
Ability to build HR systems and procedures from scratch to a scalable operation.
Excellent organizational, reporting, and analytical skills.
Flexibility to coordinate across globally distributed teams and different time zones.
Experience with other HRIS systems beyond Rippling.
Prior exposure to high-growth GenAI, AI, or SaaS startups.
Hands-on experience in HR policy creation and compliance audits.
Familiarity with global employment laws and remote workforce management.
Based in SF Bay Area or Los Angeles preferred.
