As a Mid-Market Account Manager at HHAeXchange, you will drive growth by expanding relationships with existing clients and introducing new products and solutions. You will identify upsell opportunities, educate agency leaders on our value, and ensure clients maximize their partnership with us. We’re seeking results-driven professionals who excel at building trust, uncovering needs, and growing revenue through long-term client success.
This role requires a hybrid schedule, requiring three days per week in our New York City headquarters (8:30am–5:30pm)

The base salary for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $110,000-125,000 not including variable compensation. An employee’s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
