Strategic Partner Success Manager-Construction

Engine is a fast-growing travel and fintech platform that combines corporate travel, a charge card, and modern spend management. Serving over 20,000 companies and backed by major investors, Engine is looking for a Strategic Partner Success Manager with deep construction industry expertise to manage post-signature partners, drive activation and adoption, and grow strategic relationships across the construction vertical.

Skills

  • Experience in partner success, channel management, or strategic alliances with construction focus
  • Strong relationship building and executive-level communication skills
  • Proven ability to create and execute joint GTM and co-marketing plans
  • Data-driven performance management and KPI tracking
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing without authority

Responsibilities

  • Execute and refine standardized partner onboarding and activation playbooks for construction partners
  • Serve as the primary strategic contact for a portfolio of partners, building long-term relationships
  • Develop joint business plans, GTM strategies, and co-marketing initiatives tailored to the construction vertical
  • Deliver partner enablement, training, and sales collateral; iterate materials with Partner Programs & Ops
  • Monitor partner performance, set shared KPIs, and lead Quarterly Business Reviews to uncover growth opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partner Programs to represent partner needs
  • Proactively identify and resolve partner issues and manage program-related conflicts

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Relevant industry training or certifications in construction technology a plus
