Vice President – Digital Assets Product Manager

Location: Hybrid (onsite every other week, M–F)

We’re seeking a Vice President, Digital Assets Product Manager to help build and scale the operational infrastructure for a leading financial institution’s digital investment products. This role covers emerging asset classes—cryptocurrencies, tokenized products, and blockchain-enabled solutions—while ensuring operational excellence across registered and pooled investment funds.

The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in digital asset servicing, a strategic mindset, and the ability to partner across investment operations, technology, compliance, and product teams to deliver innovative, future-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the build-out of operational capabilities for digital investment products, including crypto and tokenized offerings.
• Serve as the digital subject matter expert, guiding product roadmaps and operational strategies.
• Evaluate operational readiness and design scalable target-state operating models.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between product requirements and operational execution.
• Support onboarding of new digital products into the organization’s operational ecosystem.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, compliance, and market competitiveness.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 12+ years in digital asset product servicing within asset management, custodial, or audit environments.
• In-depth understanding of alternative investments, blockchain transaction recording, and operational processes for registered and private funds.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP financial reporting standards for investment companies. (CAIA or CFA preferred.)
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
• Skilled in research, analysis, and interpretation of complex information for decision-making.
• Exceptional communication skills—capable of translating complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Power BI a plus.

The digital product team plays a central role in integrating new asset classes into the operational framework, partnering with internal stakeholders and external partners to expand capabilities and improve efficiencies.
