About the Role
Osta is seeking a talented, data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize high-impact digital campaigns. This role spans Google Ads, social media advertising, SEO, and cutting-edge Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies. You will play a key role in maximizing ROI, increasing brand visibility, and driving growth through continuous analytics and strategic refinement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and implement SEO and innovative GEO strategies to boost organic and paid search visibility.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize conversion rates and cost-efficiency.
- Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and experimentation to refine targeting and creatives.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Manage advertising budgets to ensure effective, measurable spending.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven hands-on experience in paid advertising, Google Ads, social media ads, SEO, and performance marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO platforms.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
