Senior Marketing Manager

Location: Wichita, KS (Onsite – 5 days/week)

Compensation: $90,000 – $120,000 annually DOE, plus excellent long-term growth opportunities

We’re seeking a strategic, data-driven marketing leader to oversee multi-brand digital marketing efforts for a high-performing, growth-focused organization in the automotive retail sector. This is a full-time, direct hire role with the opportunity to make a significant impact on revenue, performance, and brand positioning.

This isn’t a brand-awareness-only position—it’s built for someone who thrives on ROI-driven marketing, budget optimization, and measurable results. You’ll lead a small internal team, manage vendor and agency partnerships, and take full ownership of campaign strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly digital marketing strategies and campaigns, aligning with budget and performance targets.
• Analyze marketing data, track KPIs, and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Oversee website content, SEO/SEM, lead generation, and vendor performance to drive traffic and conversions.
• Manage and develop a marketing team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, manage marketing budgets, and oversee co-op submissions.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of digital marketing leadership experience with a proven track record of driving results.
• Experience managing multi-channel campaigns, marketing budgets, and performance reporting.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, analytics, and CRM/automation tools.
• Ability to manage multiple brands, vendors, and complex projects.
• Highly organized, proactive, and confident navigating ambiguity.
