Senior Customer Operations Manager - job 1 of 2

Location: Kenosha, WI (Onsite)

As Senior Customer Operations Manager, you’ll lead teams to minimize order delays, improve fulfillment speed and accuracy, and uphold the high standards our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities


  • Oversee backorder and custom/drop-ship operations with a focus on quality, timeliness, and accuracy.
  • Guide department leaders in analyzing results to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Track and report key metrics including gross profit, returns, vendor performance, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service processes and identify new product opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to resolve issues quickly and improve service delivery.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years in customer service or product management, including at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Familiarity with order entry and purchase order systems, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel to branch locations and vendor sites as needed.
