Customer Service & E-Commerce Supervisor – Full Time

Pay Range: $18.00–$30.20/hour, commensurate with experience + benefits


We’re looking for a Customer Service & E-Commerce Supervisor to oversee checkout operations and online grocery fulfillment at a high-volume retail location. In this role, you’ll ensure a seamless in-store and online shopping experience by driving safety, quality, speed, and customer satisfaction.


You’ll manage daily operations including labor utilization, order processing, cash handling, customer flow, and team productivity. You’ll also lead and develop team members while upholding core values, operational standards, and health and safety regulations.


Key Responsibilities


  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience and hold team members accountable for service quality.
  • Balance in-store customer service with timely, accurate completion of online orders.
  • Monitor customer traffic and assign tasks accordingly to meet both in-person and e-commerce demands.
  • Maintain awareness of competitors and industry trends.
  • Foster positive relationships with store leadership, departmental managers, and delivery partners.
  • Promote a positive team culture with strong morale and mutual respect.
  • Enforce safety, security, and compliance standards.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to sustain high performance and reduce turnover.
  • Maintain clean, organized workspaces and safeguard equipment.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements.


Skills & Qualifications


  • 12+ months of retail experience.
  • Strong task management and customer flow coordination skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and identify root causes of underperformance.
  • Excellent interpersonal, team-building, and customer relationship skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational software tools.
  • Able to train and motivate others in a constructive, positive way.


Physical Requirements


  • Lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Stand/walk 6–8 hours per shift.
  • Perform bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching motions.
  • Work in varied temperatures, including freezer and refrigerated environments.
  • Operate tools and equipment such as box cutters and electric pallet jacks.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
