Partner Marketing Manager

Affirm is reinventing credit to be more honest and flexible by offering consumers buy now, pay later options without hidden fees. They seek a motivated Partner Marketing Manager to lead co-marketing initiatives with merchants across North America, driving multi-channel campaigns and optimizing affiliate marketing for growth.

Skills

  • 7+ years experience in partner, performance, affiliate, or product marketing.
  • Experience developing and launching marketing programs across multiple media channels.
  • Familiarity with CPA, CPC, CPL, and CPM payment models.
  • Knowledge of affiliate tracking models, platforms, and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to build and optimize performance marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to influence teams and utilize resources effectively.
  • Experience with paid media strategy, planning, and measurement.
  • Creative brief writing, testing, and adaptation based on insights.
  • Experience in online retail, merchandising, and customer acquisition.
  • Expertise in both online and in-store retail marketing.
  • Preferred experience marketing across US and Canada.
  • Industry knowledge in home, fitness, electronics, and fashion sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute full-funnel co-marketing campaigns across various categories and channels.
  • Maintain and grow marketing relationships with merchant partners to drive performance and growth.
  • Deliver creative strategies to increase affiliate revenue via the Affirm marketplace.
  • Provide data-driven analysis and insights to optimize campaigns and partnerships.
  • Serve as a merchant advocate and collaborate cross-functionally for process improvements.
  • Manage inbound RFP requests and create dedicated marketing plans for prospective partners.
  • Set campaign targets aligned with acquisition, engagement, and loan takeup goals.
  • Coordinate with media agencies and internal teams to develop media plans and content.
  • Manage partner marketing budget, comprehensive calendars, and compliance submissions.
  • Leverage industry research to create vertical-specific marketing strategies.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related field.
