Territory Account Manager - Orlando, FL

Heartflow is a public medical technology company advancing non-invasive diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease using AI-driven cardiac imaging and analysis. The Territory Account Manager (TAM) will be the primary customer-facing representative in the Orlando territory, responsible for driving adoption of Heartflow’s cCTA and FFRCT clinical pathway, supporting and educating referring physicians and care teams, and increasing case volume and penetration across assigned strategic accounts.

Skills

  • Proven sales track record with quota achievement

  • Clinical/technical aptitude to learn and explain imaging and diagnostic workflows
  • Strong cross-functional coordination and project management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Customer-focused relationship building
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account business development plans to grow cCTA and FFRCT usage in assigned strategic accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with cardiologists, referring physicians, nurse practitioners, hospital admins and other clinical stakeholders
  • Educate clinicians and staff on Heartflow’s value proposition through presentations, office visits, roadshows, and VIP programs
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources (Sales, Marketing, CT Apps, Market Access, Clinical, Product) to support account initiatives
  • Organize and staff educational programs, dinner programs, VIP visits and CT pathway events to drive referrals
  • Track and report account metrics and progress toward quota, case growth, and penetration goals
  • Champion Heartflow within customer organizations and develop clinical advocates

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years related sales or clinical experience
  • OR Associate degree with 7+ years related sales or clinical experience
  • Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing, or Technical field preferred

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary plus variable/commission (total target compensation quoted)
  • Target total compensation range $200,000 - $215,000 (base + variable)
  • Home-based territory role with travel support (approx. 20–25% travel)
