Sales Representative - Casino Gaming Monitors

Our client, a global manufacturer of casino gaming monitors based in Korea with established US operations, is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to drive their US market expansion. This is a unique opportunity to pioneer the American market presence for a company with proven international success and 5+ years of US sales history.

You'll be responsible for developing new customer relationships in the highly networked casino gaming and amusement industry, serving as the key liaison between US clients and Korea headquarters. This role requires someone with deep industry connections who can navigate the close-knit casino gaming market and drive project-based sales of customized monitoring equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and acquire new customers in the US casino gaming and amusement market
  • Establish strategic relationships with US cabinet manufacturers
  • Manage project-based sales cycles including RFQs, specifications, and bidding processes
  • Serve as primary liaison between US clients and Korea headquarters
  • Travel to customers across US, Central, and South America
  • Represent company at annual Las Vegas trade shows and industry events
  • Drive customized equipment sales and international trading transactions

Essential:

  • Existing network in casino gaming/amusement industry
  • Proven sales experience in casino gaming or amusement equipment
  • Strong relationships with US cabinet manufacturers
  • Knowledge of international trading and logistics
  • Experience with customized equipment sales and project-based sales cycles
  • Ability to work independently and develop new business (no inherited accounts)
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Americas

Preferred:

  • Background in electrical or mechanical engineering
  • Experience with similar capital equipment industries
  • Technical understanding of electrical/mechanical systems
  • Established relationships with competitors (Goldfinger, Bethel) or related companies
  • Base Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 annually
  • Commission: ~5% commission structure (negotiable)
  • Travel: All business travel expenses covered
  • Work Arrangement: Based in Las Vegas, NV (onsite)
