- Oversee daily operations of the Santa Clara office to keep things running smoothly
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and prepare briefing materials for meetings
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Track action items and ensure timely completion across teams
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Equivalent professional experience accepted
