Senior Program Manager, Revenue Enablement

Greenhouse is a remote-first SaaS company on a mission to help companies hire better. We're seeking a Senior Program Manager, Revenue Enablement to partner with Revenue leadership and build scalable enablement programs that drive productivity and growth across Account Executive and Sales Development teams.

Skills

  • 8+ years in revenue enablement, program management, or business operations within SaaS/tech.
  • Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong program management skills: planning, milestone tracking, risk management and reporting.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message) and coaching sellers.
  • Experience with Gong, Salesforce, LMS/CMS and KPI-driven decision making.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver quarterly enablement roadmaps in partnership with revenue stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute end-to-end enablement strategies including onboarding, everboarding, skills development, and tools enablement.
  • Facilitate adoption and reinforcement of sales methodologies like MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.
  • Track, analyze, and report KPIs to measure program impact and iterate on strategies.
  • Establish and optimize processes, systems, and frameworks for scalable enablement.
  • Partner cross-functionally with PMM, Product, Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to align programs to business goals.
  • Champion use of Gong, Salesforce, LMS/CMS and other platforms to generate insights and streamline workflows.
  • Lead additional projects and change initiatives as business needs require.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
