Skills
- 8+ years in revenue enablement, program management, or business operations within SaaS/tech.
- Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Strong program management skills: planning, milestone tracking, risk management and reporting.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message) and coaching sellers.
- Experience with Gong, Salesforce, LMS/CMS and KPI-driven decision making.
- Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver quarterly enablement roadmaps in partnership with revenue stakeholders.
- Develop and execute end-to-end enablement strategies including onboarding, everboarding, skills development, and tools enablement.
- Facilitate adoption and reinforcement of sales methodologies like MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.
- Track, analyze, and report KPIs to measure program impact and iterate on strategies.
- Establish and optimize processes, systems, and frameworks for scalable enablement.
- Partner cross-functionally with PMM, Product, Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to align programs to business goals.
- Champion use of Gong, Salesforce, LMS/CMS and other platforms to generate insights and streamline workflows.
- Lead additional projects and change initiatives as business needs require.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
