Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include developing financial planning acumen with leadership, delivering real-time decision support through coaching, creating visual data insights, and driving process improvements in budgeting and forecasting.
Skills: Candidates should possess strong financial planning and analysis expertise, advanced technology proficiency, excellent communication and storytelling abilities, and strong relationship-building skills.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of corporate FP&A experience are required, preferably with an early career background in accounting; strategic thinking and continuous improvement skills are also preferred.
Location: This is a remote position with the expectation to support teams nationally.
Compensation: $84000 - $91000 / Annually

Job Purpose
Reporting to the Senior Director, Financial Planning and Analysis, the Senior Financial Analyst will act as a senior finance business partner to drive financial planning and influence decision making across the organization. The role will collaborate closely with senior leaders to develop tools, models, and analysis that clarify performance drivers and inform strategic choices, using the ability to translate complex financial data into compelling, business-focused insights to help teams act with greater confidence and independence. The position will act as a key thought partner in shaping plans and guiding progress toward organizational goals.

The expected base salary range for this position is $84,000-$91,000, however the offered salarymay be higher or lower than the above range dependent on numerous factors including, but not limited to location, work experience, skills and internal equity considerations. The base salary is not inclusive of benefits or other incentives.
