The Role

We are seeking an Integrator to serve as the operational engine of Future Works. While our Lead Architects and C-Suite design our cutting-edge systems, your role is to ensure they are adopted, optimized, and ruthlessly executed. You are the "High-Velocity Operator"—part Chief of Staff, part Product Leader, and part Talent Quality and Culture Guardian. You will partner closely with the technical leadership to build a low-error, high-output environment. You are not just a manager; you are a technical operator with a hacker mindset who loves optimization and holding teams accountable to greatness. This is a high-impact role that can and will evolve into a COO or similar senior leadership position for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Proliferate the operating system - You will take the systems you co-designed with the Architects and ensure they live and breathe within the team. You are responsible for compliance, adoption, and the continuous refinement of our "Way of Working."

  • Drive radical accountability - You will install and manage the cadence of the business. You are the one who ensures targets are met, metrics are accurate, and that every team member is performing at their peak potential.

  • Curate a high-performance culture - You will be instrumental in hiring, onboarding, and performance management. You will track "happiness metrics" alongside performance KPIs, ensuring we retain elite talent by keeping them challenged and supported.

  • Optimize work velocity - Working with the CTO, you will identify bottlenecks in real-time. You will monitor time-tracking and task-completion data to spot friction and eliminate it immediately.

  • Bridge the gap - You act as the connective tissue between the visionary leadership (CEO/CTO) and the delivery team, translating high-level strategy into daily tactical execution.

Qualifications & Candidate Profile

We are looking for a "Technical Operator" who fits a unique profile:

  • The hacker mindset: You might be a former Startup CTO, a Technical Product Manager, or a People person who loves operations. You understand AI workflows, agents, low-code, and API integrations enough to know how work should flow.

  • The mastery of standards: You have high standards and aren't afraid to hold people to them. You understand that "smooth and fast" requires discipline.

  • The mastery of culture: You understand that systems run on people. You are emotionally intelligent and capable of driving performance while maintaining a culture of joy and psychological safety.

Required Experience

  • Leadership at scale - Demonstrable experience managing and holding accountable high-performance teams of at least 20 people, with a clear appetite and strategy to help scale the organization to 200 and beyond.

  • High agency & rapid learning - You must be a fast, hungry learner. We are building cutting-edge workflows in uncharted territory; you must have the agency to fill in any gaps and master new systems as we evolve.

  • Modern operational tool stack - Deep, hands-on expertise with the tools that run a modern, remote company, including:

    • ClickUp v4 (or similar advanced project management software, with ability to learn ClickUp v4 including Super Agents to a self-sufficient leadership degree within 30 days)

    • Google Workspace (management, modern Meet features)

    • Excellent, granular time tracking systems

  • Methodology & framework fluency - Proven, practical experience with:

    • Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS / Traction) sufficient to act as the "Integrator."

    • Hands-on AI and agentic workflows (e.g., custom GPTs, agentic execution).
