As Vice President, Retail Sales within our Security Business Unit, you will manage key retail partnerships across the United States, Canada, and Latin America, reporting to our General Manager – B2C. You will manage a team of national account sales leaders, guiding and mentoring them in building strong customer relationships, executing strategic account plans, and aligning with broader business goals.
You will be a collaborative leader who brings influence, inclusion, and insight to every interaction, with a proven track record of success in sales and account management, particularly with large national retailers and major big-box partners. You will manage with a servant leadership style, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively across functions to support both customer and company success. You will also play a key role in coaching and developing your team to grow their impact and capabilities.

POSITION LOCATION:Our preference is for this role to be based at our Deerfield, IL campus, where associates will transition to a new, world-class workspace in fall 2025. The campus will bring together teams from across our U.S. offices, brands, and functions—offering vibrant spaces for collaboration, along with amenities for dining, onsite daycare, fitness, and recreation.
We’re also open to considering candidates based in Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC.
