Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end movement of regional shipments (LCL, FCL, air imports/exports, intermodal) and manage day-to-day logistics operations.
- Coordinate with carriers, drayage, trucking, warehousing, customs, transloading partners and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor shipment milestones, meet SLAs/KPIs, and handle exceptions and escalations to maintain on-time performance.
- Follow and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) and implement operational infrastructure to improve efficiency.
- Quote and invoice client shipments and take responsibility for P&L accuracy related to shipments.
- Participate in client operational calls and support preparation for QBRs and MBRs when needed.
- Use metrics and data quality checks to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field preferred
