Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit U.S. customs entries, classifications, and duty calculations to CBP
- Obtain, verify, and file required import documentation for timely clearance
- Provide clients and logistics partners with accurate customs guidance and status updates
- Use Flexport systems to optimize and automate customs processes and recommend improvements
- Meet internal KPIs for quality, timeliness, and compliance
- Follow and contribute to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in client operational calls and business review preparations as needed
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred)
- Relevant customs/brokerage training or certificate a plus
