Your primary objectives will be to ensure operational excellence, deliver high-quality borrower and partner experiences, and build scalable systems that support our rapid growth. You must be a strong operator with experience in offshore team management, process optimization, and compliance-driven environments. Success in this role requires outstanding leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution. Your compensation will include equity ownership.
