Pay Range:

$32.58 - $48.87

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Manager-Security to join our team. The Manager-Security provides safety and security services to ensure the well-being of both people and property. This role is responsible for the Environment of Care relating to Safety and Security, and has an active role on the Fire Response Team.

Position Specifics:
o Department: Security
o Core Function: Leadership
o Schedule: Full Time, 40 hrs/wk
o Facility: St. Vincent's Hospital, on-site presence at all WI hospitals
o Location: Green Bay, WI

Education Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, cybersecurity, information systems, or related field is required.
  • High School Diplomas plus 5 years security experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience Qualifications
  • 2 years of security experience is required.
  • 3 years of progressively more responsible leadership experience is required.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required within 90 days of hire.
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable in order to operate HSHS vehicles is preferred.
  • Encourage membership with International Association of Healthcare Safety & Security (IAHSS) and or ASIS International. A certification from either organization is a plus.
