Compensation: $77,000 – $115,000/year (based on experience)

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Cath Lab Manager to oversee and coordinate daily operations of the cardiovascular departments across multiple campuses. This role requires a leader with strong clinical expertise and leadership skills who is committed to delivering exceptional patient care while fostering a collaborative team environment.
This position manages:
Cath Labs (2 campuses)
Electrophysiology Labs (2 campuses)
Echo Services (2 campuses)
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and coordinate daily operations of cardiovascular departments.
Assist with workflow as needed and act as Director in their absence.
Oversee staff development, coaching, team building, and disciplinary processes.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with department leads to ensure seamless daily operations.
Step in on complex cases when necessary.
Monthly Department Volume:
Cath Lab (Main Campus): 140–170 procedures
Cath Lab (Secondary Campus): 40 procedures
Electrophysiology Labs (Both Campuses): 50–60 cases
Echo Procedures (Both Campuses): 600–700 procedures
Qualifications
Education:
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or Nursing program
Bachelor’s degree required
Licensure:
ARRT certification and Kansas certification as a Radiologic Technologist OR
Active Kansas RN license (or Multi-State RN license)
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – Required
Experience:
Strong background as a Cath Lab RN or RT
Minimum 1 year of leadership experience
Skills:
Team building and staff engagement
Strong clinical knowledge and leadership abilities
