Company Description

Employment Type: Full-Time, Days (No Weekends)
Compensation: $77,000 – $115,000/year (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance: Case by case

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Cath Lab Manager to oversee and coordinate daily operations of the cardiovascular departments across multiple campuses. This role requires a leader with strong clinical expertise and leadership skills who is committed to delivering exceptional patient care while fostering a collaborative team environment.

This position manages:

  • Cath Labs (2 campuses)

  • Electrophysiology Labs (2 campuses)

  • Echo Services (2 campuses)

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate daily operations of cardiovascular departments.

  • Assist with workflow as needed and act as Director in their absence.

  • Oversee staff development, coaching, team building, and disciplinary processes.

  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

  • Collaborate with department leads to ensure seamless daily operations.

  • Step in on complex cases when necessary.

Monthly Department Volume:

  • Cath Lab (Main Campus): 140–170 procedures

  • Cath Lab (Secondary Campus): 40 procedures

  • Electrophysiology Labs (Both Campuses): 50–60 cases

  • Echo Procedures (Both Campuses): 600–700 procedures

Qualifications

Education:

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or Nursing program

  • Bachelor’s degree required

Licensure:

  • ARRT certification and Kansas certification as a Radiologic Technologist OR

  • Active Kansas RN license (or Multi-State RN license)

Certifications:

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required

  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – Required

Experience:

  • Strong background as a Cath Lab RN or RT

  • Minimum 1 year of leadership experience

Skills:

  • Team building and staff engagement

  • Strong clinical knowledge and leadership abilities
