Description
As a member of the FlexCold team, the Admin Manager is responsible for the administrative leadership within the facility. Directs and supervises site administrative team. Plans, organizes, controls, and develops functions within the company to provide the resources necessary for continued and future needs. Directs general office activities and workflow for facility. Responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting with: employee timecards, training and instructing employees in job duties, managing team members to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve customer complaints and answer customers questions, assisting operations for smooth site flow, timely billing of customers, and perform other duties as needed.
