Temporary Administrative Coordinator - Bilingual Preferred - 3-6 Month Contract

Beacon ABA Services, Inc. is a private group practice of behavior analysts and behavioral therapists organized to provide intensive behavioral services to individuals with developmental disabilities. The practice specializes in providing evidence-based treatment interventions to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

This is a temporary full-time position to cover for a maternity leave. 3 to 6 month contract with the potential to move into a permanent position.

Beacon ABA Services is seeking an Administrative Coordinator, preferably bilingual, who will be responsible for managing and responding to incoming phone calls, emails, and electronic inquiries through the referral and scheduling phone lines, completing new client registration, obtaining relevant billing and demographic information, answering client questions, and providing assistance to families and staff regarding scheduling concerns. This Scheduling Coordinator, in conjunction with other members of the Operations Team, will also be responsible for processing, logging, and tracking all incoming Beacon ABA client referrals and maintaining the client waitlist. They will work with clinical staff to schedule all appointments for Beacon ABA clients as well as maintain staff and clients daily schedules through rescheduling of cancellations.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong interpersonal skills
• The ability to work with and communicate professionally across multidisciplinary teams verbally, via email, and text.
• Solution-oriented problem-solving skills
• The ability to take initiative and present solutions when identifying challenges.
• At minimum a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• High School Diploma is required
• Two (2) years of experience in an office or medical practice setting is required
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and computer skills
• Bilingual preferred
