We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and resourceful operator to help keep Finch running smoothly as we grow. In Executive Operations, you’ll work closely with our CEO and leadership team to manage day-to-day office operations, coordinate events, and help shape our culture as our team expands.
This role blends hospitality, organization, and creativity—you’ll keep our NYC office running, help plan our move to a new HQ in 2026, and organize conferences and events that bring together attorneys, clients, and our team. You’ll also provide direct administrative support to our CEO, ensuring priorities are well-organized and executed with speed.
You will:
Manage our NYC office, ensuring it’s a productive and welcoming space for the team
Lead the search and planning for our new HQ in 2026 as we scale
Help design and maintain culture and people operations that work across both our in-person HQ and distributed legal operations team
Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and client dinners that feel authentic and high-impact
Support the CEO with executive assistant duties, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting prep
Assist with cross-functional projects to help the company run more efficiently
Have 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, hospitality, or events
Are highly organized and detail-oriented, with a bias toward action
Thrive in a role where no two days are the same and priorities can shift quickly
Enjoy creating spaces and experiences that make people feel welcome and engaged
Have strong communication skills and a knack for keeping projects on track
$70,000 - $100,000 annual salary + generous equity
