Millennium Lighting is now hiring for an exciting opportunity as a Sales Operations Coordinator! The Sales job family merchandises, promotes and sells the company's products, and services to customers. General areas of responsibility include developing and implementing sales strategies; identifying potential customers; managing existing customer and vendor relationships; and monitoring customer and competitor activity and industry trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to emails and phone calls regarding Millennium Lighting and RP Lighting orders and concerns
  • Resolution via email, order entry or phone call
  • Using multiple systems to enter orders, while obtaining resolutions
  • Identify and assess customer needs to provide tailored assistance and resolve issues effectively
  • Assisting with other methods or line of business according to the business needs
  • Performing according to the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) of the business
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and inquiries
  • Collaborating with ither departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers always
  • Knowledge of products to allow us to effectively answer our customers questions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Prior call center experience with inbound and outbound calls along with responding to emails effectively is preferred
  • Industry experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to act with compassion and empathy
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professional communication at all levels
  • Able to handle multiple systems at once to gain an effective resolution for our customers

Pay Range:

$19.47 - $31.74

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
