Responsibilities
- Recruit and interview qualified job applicants, collaborating with departmental managers.
- Administer HR programs including benefits, attendance, and leave inquiries.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including catering and onsite management.
- Manage onboarding communications for new employees.
- Maintain monthly newsletters as part of the communication strategy.
- Monitor HR department calls and email inquiries.
- Direct team members to appropriate resources for HR questions and issues.
- Assist with data entry, HRIS records, and personnel file management.
- Review and adjust employee timesheets and PTO requests weekly.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
Education
- High school diploma required.
- College degree preferred.
