Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A for supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics functions.
- Perform variance analysis and develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and CAPEX projects.
- Provide regular financial reporting and executive-level presentations highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Partner with operations and procurement to identify cost savings and drive efficiency across labor, materials, freight, and warehousing.
- Analyze inventory levels, turns, obsolescence, and working capital; support cycle and physical counts.
- Develop and monitor KPIs and scorecards to measure operational and financial health.
- Support process improvement, automation, and maintain strong financial controls and audit readiness.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Relevant professional certifications or advanced degree preferred
