Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendar scheduling for multiple teammates and external stakeholders
- Maintain company and HR calendars and proactively secure meetings with customers and partners
- Plan and execute company events (team offsites, board meetings, customer offsites) including venue scouting, booking, agendas, meals, AV and swag
- Manage budgets, RSVPs, dietary requirements and last-minute logistics adjustments
- Ensure external presentations meet brand standards and perform formatting/design edits
- Implement and maintain SharePoint folder structure and general digital file organization
- Coordinate interview scheduling via Greenhouse ATS and support recruitment process improvements
- Manage digital mail service and craft user-facing how-to documentation (expense reports, processes)
- Champion culture initiatives: milestone celebrations, remote rituals, swag distribution and teammate committees
- Build rapport with customer health plan counterparts and act as a reliable cross-functional coordinator
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Relevant certifications or coursework in office administration or event planning are a plus
