Team Administrative Coordinator (Part-time)

Evio is a private pharmacy solutions company partnering with major health plans to transform cost, access, quality and experience for high-cost medications. They are seeking a highly organized, relationship-oriented part-time Team Administrative Coordinator to manage complex scheduling, plan events and strengthen operational rhythms across teams.

Skills

  • Strong calendar and scheduling skills
  • Event planning and vendor management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
  • Experience with Slack and digital communication tools
  • Comfort using ATS (Greenhouse) for interview coordination
  • Excellent file organization and spreadsheet skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication and relationship management
  • Budget tracking and basic financial handling for events

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendar scheduling for multiple teammates and external stakeholders
  • Maintain company and HR calendars and proactively secure meetings with customers and partners
  • Plan and execute company events (team offsites, board meetings, customer offsites) including venue scouting, booking, agendas, meals, AV and swag
  • Manage budgets, RSVPs, dietary requirements and last-minute logistics adjustments
  • Ensure external presentations meet brand standards and perform formatting/design edits
  • Implement and maintain SharePoint folder structure and general digital file organization
  • Coordinate interview scheduling via Greenhouse ATS and support recruitment process improvements
  • Manage digital mail service and craft user-facing how-to documentation (expense reports, processes)
  • Champion culture initiatives: milestone celebrations, remote rituals, swag distribution and teammate committees
  • Build rapport with customer health plan counterparts and act as a reliable cross-functional coordinator

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Relevant certifications or coursework in office administration or event planning are a plus
