We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Paid Social Creative to join Etsy’s Brand Marketing team! This is an exciting opportunity to drive the creative vision and scale production of paid social advertising within our in-house content studio.
As the leader of our Paid Social Content team, you’ll guide a group of creative strategists and producers developing performance-driven content across TikTok, YouTube, Meta, Pinterest and emerging platforms. You’ll shape the creative frameworks, concepts and testing methodologies that connect Etsy’s brand with audiences in authentic and measurable ways.
This is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Performance Creative. In addition to salary, you will also be eligible for an equity package, an annual performance bonus, and our competitive benefits that support you and your family as part of your total rewards package at Etsy.
This role requires your presence in Etsy’s Brooklyn Office once or twice per week depending on your proximity to the office. What's this team like?
The Brand Marketing team helps buyers discover what makes Etsy special, fueling Etsy’s growth through audience-centric storytelling and media placements, bringing the right message to the right audience, at the right moment. We collaborate closely with teams like Brand Strategy, Analytics, Product, and Engineering to automate and optimize global offsite experiences and programs at scale.
What does the day-to-day look like?
Lead and inspire a high-performing team of creative strategists and producers developing full-funnel paid social content—from brand storytelling to conversion-driving campaigns.
Set the creative vision and platform-specific strategies that translate audience insights into engaging, high-performing content.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Strategy, Full-Funnel Media and our in-house Content Studio to bring cohesive campaigns to life.
Champion creative excellence and efficiency, ensuring every piece of content reflects Etsy’s brand voice and meets business goals while scaling our output.
Innovate and experiment with new tools, formats, creators and cultural trends to keep Etsy’s creative at the forefront of the paid social landscape.
Drive efficient workflows and resource allocation to meet growing creative needs while maintaining exceptional quality.
Build a culture of learning, developing creative testing methodologies and measurement frameworks to continually optimize our content.
Foster growth and development by mentoring team members, supporting their professional development while shaping the future of our in-house studio.

Qualities that will help you thrive in this role:
8–10+ years of experience in digital advertising, creative strategy or performance marketing—preferably within a creative or media agency or in-house marketing team.
Deep understanding of the paid social landscape, formats, success metrics and creative best practices across platforms.
Proven success building and leading teams that deliver high-quality, high-volume creative that performs.
Sharp creative instincts rooted in culture, with the ability to connect ideas to audience behavior and business impact.
Strategic thinker who can translate brand strategy and performance goals into actionable creative frameworks.
Highly collaborative -- you thrive at building strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and partners
Comfortable with data and experimentation, able to translate performance insights into creative direction.
