Customer Success Manager

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Customer sentiment analysis and KPI monitoring.

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding and implementation processes aligning with customer goals.
  • Define success metrics and recommend strategies to boost platform adoption and ROI.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to identify upsell opportunities and support renewals.
  • Conduct training sessions and develop resources for client teams.
  • Provide expert guidance on platform customization and troubleshooting.
  • Administer platform aspects on behalf of customers throughout their journey.
  • Align Espresa’s platform with customer strategies and track challenges for added value.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
