Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries via email, LiveChat, and phone.
- Troubleshoot and resolve first line issues reported by veterinary professionals and hospitals.
- Coordinate escalated issues with relevant internal departments.
- Manage and document client communications and support tickets using Hubspot.
- Coordinate with Finance and other departments on shift and payment reconciliations.
- Document and share rainy day scenarios and key learnings with the team.
- Work during client support hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Education
- No specific degree required, but experience in a relevant field preferred.
