Qualifications: Experience in Human Resources or Talent Management is preferred but not required; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

Compensation: $100000 - $135000 / Annually

What you will do: Work with our sales team to consult customers, show how our solutions will help them, and execute technical sales discussions Discover, identify and present to prospects and customers how our solutions can improve current business processes Create and deliver compelling demonstrations and stories that cultivate a deep understanding of, and desire for, the solution and value we provide Provide technical and functional guidance during the sales process to the sales team and potential customers to ensure that deals are closed consistently and quickly Influence our product strategy by effectively communicating feedback from customers and prospects, as well as working with the product team to develop new product features Lead the design of solutions for prospects and customers, communicate with the delivery team to ensure successful outcomes Maintain customer relationships pre and post-sale Communicate the technology vision to business leaders and analysts Represent our company at industry events and panels Create automated demo content for repeatable fast wins; videos, verticalized demo instances, etc. What we need: 2+ years customer-facing Sales Engineering experience A desire to fix employment A strong focus on helping customers define and achieve success Exceptional communication and technical skills An affinity for the startup space, AI technology, and a desire to own, build, and grow both yourself, your team, and the entire organization Experience in, or selling to, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management A positive attitude Great to have, but not required: Experience with demo automation software Experience using or selling AI software Have worked in Hospitality, Food Services, Performing Arts, Sales, or HR Proficiency in other languages If you feel you don’t meet 100% of the qualifications above, we want you to apply! Base pay is only one piece of our total compensation package as this role may be eligible for commissions and equity awards.
