What You’ll Do

As a Senior GTM Talent Partner at Edmentum, you’ll lead the charge in shaping our go-to-market talent strategy. You’ll partner with executive leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to forecast hiring needs, design scalable sourcing strategies, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where your work directly influences revenue growth and organizational success.

In this role you will:

  • Own and evolve Edmentum’s GTM hiring strategy across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders to align hiring plans with business goals and revenue targets.
  • Design and implement scalable sourcing strategies that drive quality, diversity, and efficiency.
  • Lead GTM workforce planning in collaboration with Finance and RevOps.
  • Drive cross-functional recruiting initiatives, including new market entry.
  • Continuously improve recruiting systems, tools, and processes to enhance outcomes.

  • You have deep experience leading GTM recruiting strategy across multiple business functions.
  • You are a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and thrive in high-impact, cross-functional environments.
  • You have strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and talent market dynamics.
  • You are passionate about building inclusive hiring practices and driving diversity outcomes.
  • You have experience with workforce planning and talent forecasting.
  • You are fluent in recruiting tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing technologies.
  • You are data-driven and use insights to optimize recruiting performance.
  • You are an excellent communicator and relationship-builder.
  • You are adaptable, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • You have 7+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on GTM roles.
  • You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.
